What's the difference between migration and modernization?

Migration moves something to a new home. Modernization rebuilds it once it's there so it's secure, right-sized, and easy to support. Most projects need both.

Do we have to modernize everything at once?

No. Most clients sequence it: fix what's highest risk first, then work through the rest on a timeline that fits the budget and the team.

What if our cloud migration already stalled out?

That's common, and it's not a reason to start over. We'll assess what's actually in place, figure out why it stalled, and build a plan to finish it properly.

How is this different from a Cloud Readiness Assessment?

A Cloud Readiness Assessment tells you what's wrong and what to fix first. Migration and modernization is the work of actually fixing it, usually informed by that assessment.
